Overview
UTS (University Technical Services) is a leading government contractor specializing in building secure facilities, SCIFs, data centers, and mission-critical infrastructure for federal clients. After decades of success, their brand and digital presence no longer reflected the sophistication or scale of their work.
UTS partnered with Design Noon to modernize their brand identity, develop a new website, and create an animated overview that communicates their technical capabilities and credibility in the national security space.

The original UTS brand lacked clarity and cohesion. Their visual identity felt dated, their website was text-heavy and difficult to navigate, and they didn’t have a cohesive way to communicate their expertise to potential partners and federal clients.

Discovery & Strategy
We began with a deep dive into UTS’s audience, competitors, and core differentiators in the GovCon and secure-facility space. This helped define a new brand strategy centered on trust, precision, and expertise.
Phase 2
Brand Identity
We redesigned the UTS logo, color palette, and typography system to convey modernity, security, and technical confidence. The new look balanced sleek professionalism with the gravitas expected in government contracting.
Phase 3
Website Design & Development
We built a new custom website that is visually striking yet simple to navigate. Clean layouts, structured service sections, and impactful imagery helped bring their technical projects to life.

Animation & Visual Storytelling
